Resumo
The peasant woman has gained more visibility in various parts of the
Amazon through its participation in the struggle for land, in defense of the forest and
natural resources. The way of life of the Amazonian peasants, and especially
Women, has a close relationship with the river, where the floodplain is part
important in your life that is closely linked to the movement of water. In this
perspective, from an ethnographic study conducted in 2011 and 2012, the
Santa Luzia community of Shoal Island - municipality of Iranduba, Lower floodplain
Solimões, Amazonas State - This paper aims to reflect as
