Vivências de prazer e sofrimento nos trabalhadores de Enfermagem em um Hospital Universitário em Manaus

Abstract

This paper presents research of master's degree desenvolvida developed in the nursing sector of a university hospital in Manaus, which aimed to understand the psychodynamic processes of nursing in a hospital, unveiling the suffering of experiences and the paths for its subversion in pleasure/sense at work. Has used the theoretical referential psychodynamics of work, which begins of the clinical listening, providing the space of speech, listening and design of pleasure and suffering experiences, leading to the search for transformation of suffering and the attribution of meaning to work. The methodology used was an adaptation to clinical work, called Workshop of clinical listening work based on the proposal of Martins and Mendes (2012), as group intervention which articulates the knowledge of work psychodynamics, psychoanalysis and operating group of Pichon-Rivière, aiming the use of clinical report and group dynamics, featuring the clinic for its object. The complexity of work organization the collective research it required the use of two instruments in the analysis of demand, which corresponds pre-survey, first stage of the clinic. It was applied the IWDR (Inventory of Work and Disease Risks) to 73 participants, of which 45 also participated in a separate interview. In actual search were performed four (4) meetings of Workshop of clinical listening work, with the sectors of the medical center of sterilization and surgical center. The third stage comprises a clinical analysis of the work, that organizes the data among the axes of work organization; subjective mobilization; suffering, defenses and diseases. The results present a work organization guided by overload, triggering of suffering, being registered wide variety of tasks. The overhead is related to the reduced number of technical and difficulties with equipment maintenance. However the work experience and cooperation are great allies in mobilizing to overcome the difficulties and resignify a sense and pleasure in work. The conclusions suggest that nursing work is collective and continuous, where one depends upon the other and that these relations, involved with the organization of work, marked by overload and pressure, and interwoven by caring are triggers of suffering. But it was possible to identify the mobilization of collective to overcome the difficulties and do goodness in their work changing suffering into delight.
