Resumo

The objective of the research is to investigate the contribution of PIBID/F sica in vocational training for Bachelor's Degree students in UFAM of physics who work (or worked) in PIBID, from the experiences built within the profession in public schools of high school in Manaus . The methodological procedures are centered on a qualitative and quantitative research, with the data collection instruments: socioeconomic questionnaire, semi-structured interviews, informal conversations, participant observation and document analysis of institutional projects PIBID / UFAM submitted to Notices PIBID / CAPES 2007 2010 and 2013. The selected subjects are all undergraduates / graduates who participated or participate in the subproject PIBID / F sica from 2008 to 2015, corresponding to a total of sixty subjects. The results show that the PIBID / F sica strengthens the formation of their di erent subjects through pedagogical experiences and practices provided by contact with the school, the interaction between theory and practice and the mentoring supervisors and coordinator, contribrui in increasing school performance their fellows, besides being one of those responsible for the reduction of evasion in the Degree in Physics.
