This paper presents results of a survey that aims to investigate and describe the implications spread ethnoknowledge in production processes and transmission of indigenous and non-indigenous knowledge pivoted from works developed in Amazonian school. The survey was developed in 2014 and 2015 in the indigenous community YApyrehyt in Santos Dumont housing estate, neighborhood of redemption, the Central-West of the town of ManausAM. Students participated in the research of the Sateré-Mawé Indians studying in school YApyrehyt Community Center and in the initial series of elementary school in the public school system in the city of Manaus, as well as the teacher in the Sateré-Mawé ethnicity of YApyrehyt community school and teachers of the schools in the surrounding areas of the said community belonging to the public school system who teach in the initial series of elementary school. Initially, we carry out participatory observations of school activities both in the YApyrehyt community school, as in schools belonging to the public system environment of that community. After the semi-structured interviews were conducted with teachers, both of the school's community, as with the teachers of the schools in the public system around the community. Also the focal group was held with indigenous students Sateré-Mawé studying in both schools. In this way we investigate how spread ethnoknowledge tend to influence processes of transmission and production of indigenous and non-indigenous knowledge in intercultural education environments by the Sateré-Mawé ethnicity and if these referred to environments that serve indigenous students tend to facilitate cultural exchange, as well as, if there is indeed potential controversies existing in the professional profile of teachers who work with the intercultural education in the State of Amazonas. The goal of the methodology applied in this research is to make a critical analysis and XIII reflective about intercultural education and the implications of the spread ethnoknowledge on interaction of indigenous and non-indigenous knowledge. Based on these observations and drawings made by indigenous students about traditional knowledge, we developed a teaching material, which will be distributed in the public education system of the city of Manaus and will be used in the training of teachers in schools of the surrounding indigenous communities installed around the city. This material aims at making knowledge of these communities by the teachers and staff of the schools in the surroundings of the indigenous communities in the city and also guide the readings on interculturality, intercultural education and traditional knowledge by putting information about the ethnicity of the community around these schools. Our results indicate that despite the Community Center school be a legalized school and Yes just to revitalize the Sateré-Mawé culture, indigenous students prefer to study in this school. Is the school's responsibility to pass on most of the traditional knowledge or indigenous students spread ethnoknowledge what should be done by the elders of the indigenous family. The low educational level of parents is one of the negative factors observed during research in the community and in the school. The teacher works with few resources, in an inappropriate environment, without having even lunches to offer to its students and to teach various students and of varied ages. The Ritual of Tucandeira and mother tongue are the traditional roots and the main spread ethnoknowledge of that ethnicity. In regular schools that teachers have no training directed towards intercultural discussions and the ignorance of the staff of some of those schools regarding registration of indigenous students is a constant. The spread ethnoknowledge are not used and not covered in regular schools. This study directs, thus, to the abovementioned research continuity through the application of teaching material to be used in the training of teachers of regular schools around the YApyrehyt community.
