Memória, influência e superação na prosa de Cíntia Moscovich.

Abstract

This work seeks to analyse and interpret the existing tensions between memory and forgetfulness, between influence and overcoming in Cíntia Moscovich´s literary production, from the analysis of the short stories present in Anotações durante o incêndio and Arquitetura do Arco-íris. She dialogues theoretically and critically with Harold Bloom´s thoughts from his poetry theory and the concept of anxiety of influence, operating with the memory of the jewish components present on the work of the researched author. Thus, a reading of this contemporary writer, who has inserted in her texts her jewish world given by her memory and identity, is carried out, and, besides that, the precursor canon texts, in particular, the ones by Clarice Lispector, her main forerunner. These analyses are carried out from the following themes: family, food purification and the animal, themes in dialogue with the compared authors. As a result of the anxiety of influence, we talk about the concepts of originality and esthetic for the constitution of the Brazilian contemporary literature, propounding the overcoming of the influence through Cíntia Moscovich´s capacity of uniting her education as a reader to the historical and cultural memory.
