Resumo

The intestinal parasitosis and anaemia constitute a publish health problem. The geographical distribution and predominance are associated to several factors, being mainly the low economical level part of the population. Such motives took us when Frank Calderon Rosemberg was carrying out a analytically descriptively sectional study through a lifting data collected between the users attended in the Health Center with objective to know the mainly intestinal parasitosis and to know how associate in with the hematologic parameters (hemoglobin, eosinophils, reticulocyte) and environmental factors that could contribute to infection of the enteroparasitosis infection and anaemia in the C.S.F.C.R’s patient. In the survey were identified and interviewed 373 patients, being collected these informations: demographic aspects, socioeconomics aspects, dwelling characteristics, supply of water, hygiene habits and participants food. The ones interviewed handed over a sample of feces and collected in five mL the blood for punch veined. The feces parasitologic examination was used like identification of the sorts of intestinal parasites. The blood collected in the examinations was carried out: counting of eosinophils and reticulocyts, hemoglobin determination (Hb). The totals of wrapped patients on the project were 373, but 86.9 % presented positivite results for some of intestinal parasites. Between the helminths A.lumbricoides it had a predominance of 25.2 %, The T.trichiura with 7.2 %, The E. vermicularis with 2.4 %, The Ancilostomídeos with 1.6 %, The H. nana with 1.3% and S. stercoralis with 1.1 %. The sorts of pathogenic protozoarios revealed a positivity of 19.3 % and 18.8 % for G. lamblia and E. histolytica, the mixed infection was a 37.3 %. The global frequency of anaemia was 25.7 % and the average to hemoglobin was of 10.8±0.7. When became entrenched by sex anaemia predominance was 59 (62.1 %) and 37 (38.5 %) for the feminine and masculine sex respectively. In the association between hemoglobin and the parasites frequency, statistically significant difference was observed at the 5 % of the level between E. nana (p = 0.002), G. lamblia (p=0.001) and the I. butschlii (p = 0.014), being witch at least the biggest proportion was of parasites among the patients with hemoglobin ≥12 (17.7 %). In comparison between the eosinophils result regarding the presence of intestinal parasite 5 % was not found statistical difference at signification level. The Statistical difference was observed at the level of 5 % only for patients who presented at least a parasite regarding the reticulocyte that become entrenched by the hemoglobin. We finalizear this, though that has not been statistical association between the parasitological profile and hematological profile in the present study, and it revealed an elevated predominance of the intestinal parasitosis as well as the anaemia, reinforcing the necessity of the preventive introduction of measures and treatment for governmental authorities part, allowing a better quality of life for population that have low income.
