Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the functions of controlling, contextualized in light of the literature, are applied in a chemical industry hub in PIM (Industrial Pole of Manaus), seeking thereby to explain the relationship of controllership functions and operation within the organizational structure of the industry. Thus, reaching the theme proposed in this research, which is the observed results that the company has an organizational structure very well distributed among members managers can identify where the harmony between the various departments and a strong link link, which strengthens the decision-making process
