Saneamento Ambiental e o processo saúde doença em Manaus/Am

Abstract

This work aimed at to analyze the relationship among the disposition of the urban solid residues in the city of Manaus and the process health-disease identifying, like this, the unfoldings of the inadequate discard of the residues and their aspects socioambientais, as well as his/her influence on the morbosity in the city, specifically, considering the attack of the leptospirose. The analysis was developed under the perspective urban socioambiental, considering the multiple facets involved in the process, because, it understands each other that the genesis of the problems socioambientais is harnessed, mainly, but no exclusive, to the urban life way, which expressed the inequalities in the extent of the cities marked by the disparities in the distribution of income, service and disposition of the public services of sanitation and health. The data compiled for analysis in this research were obtained in several sources, being, mainly, collected in IBGE, SINAN and DATASUS, among which it worked her the variables of income, education, notifications and internments for leptospirose, sanitation, among others. Descriptive statistical techniques were used for analysis and construction of the indicators socioambientais. Starting from that, it identified the space panorama in that it is the environmental sanitation in the city of Manaus and the process health-disease of the leptospirose. Among the cartographic representations presented in this research the map synthesis of the conditions of environmental sanitation is had in the city of Manaus, that analyzed, jointly, to the map of internments for leptospirose, it demonstrated that it leaves of the population, it is hostage of his/her location in the city of Manaus. The most vulnerable areas to the attack of the pathology analyzing the incidence of internments of the disease for city of Manaus was the neighborhoods of the areas south, west, as well as the area east, regarding the total of cases of internments was the neighborhoods of the areas north and east of Manaus. Those areas also presented the most expressive indexes of inadequate conditions of sanitation environmental as exposed in the map synthesis of the conditions of sanitation for city, it was also observed that those areas of the city possess smaller index of income and education. Therefore, it is necessary the development of effective public politics considering the exposed needs in the city of Manaus, as the exclusion, segregation and inequalities identified socioambientais.
