A urbanização de Coari em função da dinâmica orçamentária: o caso do saneamento básico.

Abstract

The process of urbanization is a phenomenon that allows an analysis of space from several elements, including the challenges to public administration, which is responsible for the planning and management of the city through updated, effective and consistent technical mechanisms with a structure political- administrative, enabling the participation of society and ensuring urban development, growth with quality of life. In this regard, we emphasize the importance of the state, be relevant for the production of space and essential in ensuring the citizenship of society, in other words, the right to the city. We adopted the urban space of Coari, State of Amazonas, to understand the process of urbanization based on data on the budgetary dynamics of this county and in the application of basic sanitation service, as an essential element to quality of life location.
