Resumo

The use of active learning methods and the application of different didactic activities distributed in several stages having as a context the theme of gold panning in the Amazon allowed the idealization of a Technological-Educational Technical product for the teaching of Environmental Sciences. The work was conducted in a project format using different technological tools and the applications of the project and problem-based learning. With this experimental research, we set out to identify how active methods can influence the teaching- learning of environmental themes. With the results of the experiment and workshops, a product was developed as a didactic sequence that guides a pedagogical practice of dialogue with Environmental Sciences. For the experimental part of the present research study, qualitative, multivariate and exploratory analysis approaches were chosen. For the development of the teaching workshops, active learning methods were used as a basis. The didactic activities based on projects took place in the form of interactive, collaborative works and with the use of digital technological tools. The results were analyzed in a qualitative way, with content and documentary analysis and documents, indicating relevant points and a favorable scenario based on the use of didactic sequences, applied from active learning methods, good planning and technological resources. The evaluations out indicate a favorable scenario for the use of didactic sequences applied from active learning methods, good planning, and technological resources. The positive impacts of the applied project allowed the students a better performance and greater motivation for their studies, when compared to the control group, in addition to a critical and updated view of the reality that surrounds them, marked by the problem and the socio- environmental impacts of mining in the bed. of the Madeira River.
