Resumo

The importance of highways in the North, paved or not, provides the virtue of serving the prime infrastructure for the viability of the flow of productions from various segments of industry and agriculture. The latter mostly depends on rural roads, which are generally unpaved and is of little technological importance by technicians and managers working in the area, especially in the state of Amazonas. This was also due to the use of experimental techniques based on research carried out in low temperature and rainfall regions, well distributed throughout the year, totally different in scalable behavior of the equatorial zone, used by intense climatic variations, medium and large variations of rainfall. temperature. rains. It is also emphasized that the adopted methodologies disregard mechanical and hydraulic soil properties. On the other hand, in the last thirty years, several researches have scientifically confirmed the importance of adopting a systematic MCT system, no studies of climatic soils, fully adapted for this purpose, associating it with determinations of clinical and mineral chemical tests. qualitative and precise, in the interpretations and interpretations of the analyzed parameters, including, guaranteeing a choice in the technique of selection of geotechnical techniques of soil improvement. The work on screen was carried out in the laboratory without trying to evaluate the physical stabilization of local climatic soils, extracted from a 200 meter stretch of an asphalt-free lane in the rural area of Manaus, using an asphalt emulsion. type RL-1C, being performed preliminary analysis of geochemical and geotechnical order, following evaluation of their mechanical particularities, in the natural condition and in three contents of bituminous mixtures. The levels of 4% and 6% are in accordance with the recommended requirements, opt for the lower content, due to the lower consumption of emulsifying material, or were considered as a constructive alternative to the economic and sustainable pavement. Finally, in the hydraulic and microstructural behavior evaluation, check the effects of the asphalt binder on the piles of materials used, which showed satisfactory results.
