Políticas de formação inicial de professores no CampusManaus Centro/IFAM (2009-2015): uma análise com a abordagem do Ciclo de Políticas

Abstract

Thisstudy investigates the initialteachertraining policy of undergraduate courses at the Manaus Center Campus of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology ofAmazonas, from 2009 to 2015, bya policy cycle approach. This framework deals with politics as a text and as a discourse, developing an analysis of the relations between the different dimensions in which the policies circulate and are interpreted and translated immersed in relations of knowledge and power. It also problematizes the interrelationship of contexts of influence, definition of text and practice, global/local relations, showing that all those politics are subject to interpretation and recreation through the negotiations around these policies in the political arenas. The study aims to: a) Identify the circulating discourses of the institutionality of the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education and the production of the policy of teacher training; b) Explain the process of definitions of the teacher education policy within the framework of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM); c) Analyze the discursive practices of the policy of initial teacher training in undergraduate courses at Campus Manaus CenterofIFAM. The corpus of research is constituted of documents, understood as political texts that bring clues and traces about the plots and processes lived registered in a given time and placeof action, action and interaction of the subjects in the political arenas. This corpus corroborated the understanding of the reinterpretation movements and translations of the policy of initial teacher education and their relations of approximation, distance, creation, resistance and adaptation to educational policy. The analysis of the corpus based the thesis that the policy of initial training of undergraduate courses of IFAM Campus Manaus Center is constituted by the fabrication of teacher training policies through the performance of subjects as producers of politics, incorporated by practices immersed in knowledge andpower, which in articulation with political technologies, make visible the discourses of the entrepreneurial culture, social inclusion, research and innovation
