Resumo

The present study had as objective evaluates the zootechnical performance of ducks (Cairinamoschatadomesticus) Creole lineage in diets with different levels of available phosphorus. The experimentwasaccomplished in theSectionofAvicultureofUniversityofAgrarianSciencesofthe Federal UniversityofAmazon - UFAM, located in the South sectionoftheAcademical Campus, Manaus - AM. Weused 240 ducks, distributed in 24 picketswithwater and feed ad libitum. Two hundred and forty ducks of the Creole lineage was used, distributed in twenty-four pickets with water and ration ad libitum. The Experimental Delineatewasused Casual Entirely (DIC), being the constituted treatments of six phasic nutritional plans (initial, growth and termination) with different levels of available phosphorus (Nut Plan 1 - 0.65, 0.60 and 0.55, Nut Plan 2 - 0.60, 0.55 and 0.50, Nut Plan 3 - 0.55, 0.50 and 0.45, Nut Plan 4 0.50, 0.45 and 0,40, Nut Plan 5 - 0.45, 0.40 and 0.35, and Nut Plan 6 - 0.40, 0.35 and 0.30), with 4 replicates of 10 birds each. The duckshadweeklyevaluationsand, after 90 days, eightbirds (four males and four females) of each treatment, were slaughtered for carcass evaluation. The collected data were submitted to the variance analysis and the averages compared by the test of Tukey to 5% of significance, using the using the SAS statistical program. There were no differences (P>0.05 ) in performance. In the carcass characteristics, the highest levels of available phosphorus had a positive influence (P<0.05) on the growth of Creole ducks, where the difference between the sexes was due to the better feeding efficiency of males in relation to females in the same period . For the mineral composition, significant differences (P<0.05) were observed for % calcium, phosphorus% and relation Ca: P. The nutritional plan 2 (initial = 0.60%, growth = 0.55% and term = 0.50%) presented the most adequate nutritional requirements of phosphorus available for ducks in confinement, observing the best results of performance of carcass, commercial cuts and deposition of minerals in the bones.
