This study aimed to evaluate the growth performance, biometric parameters, blood and metabolic besides the CDA tambaqui and economic analysis of feed tambaqui with the inclusion of brewery waste. The experiment was conducted in Aquatic Organisms Production of Nilton Lins University Laboratory for 60 days from November 2014 to March 2015, using 180 juveniles tambaqui, with PMI, CTI and CPI 14.36 + 0, 71g, 10.43 + 8.73 + 0,08cm and 0,44cm which were housed in 12 circular boxes of polyethylene with a volume of 310 L. were allocated 15 juvenile tambaqui / box, in a completely randomized design with four treatments and three repetitions. The average values of limnological variables showed no significant difference (p> 0.05). The growth performance results did not differ statistically (p> 0.05) were the PMF, CTF, CPF, GPM, CAA, EA, and FC IH. Having influence in S, B, CMR and TCE. The results for S remained near 100% in all treatments. The lowest B was found to T1 (25.29 + 0.06g) and the highest for T3 (26.01 + 0.42g). For TCE, it was also observed better results for T1 (26.62 + 0.97%) and the lowest for T3 (25.67 + 3.53%). Low levels of Ht, RBA and HCM were not influenced the inclusion of different brewery residue levels. Unlike Hb indices, MCV, MCHC, glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides, which showed statistically significant differences (p> 0.05). These findings may be related to the presence of acanthocephalo. To determine the CDA was used the method using the indirect method, which uses chromium III oxide (Cr2O3) as an inert tracer (0.05%) incorporated into the diets. There was high results for CDA brewery residue, 98.76 + 0.86% for MS; 97.93 + 0.19% for PB and 98.03 + 0.04% for EB. These figures did not show statistically different (p> 0.05) when compared to reference diet (98.68 + 0.98% for MS, 97.79 + 0.53% for PB and 97.89 + 0.08% for EB). The increased level of inclusion of brewery waste (T0 to T3) caused a reduction of 27.23% in the cost / kilogram of feed and increased by 20.00% profit / kilogram of live fish. The highest level of inclusion (T3) was the treatment that presented the results of better growth performance, lower cost and higher profit. Thus, we can indicate this waste to be used as alternative ingredient in feed of tambaqui juveniles.
