Resumo
The environmental impacts caused by floods in the Amazon affect the quality of life of populations residing on the banks of rivers, Lake da Serraria and in Permanent Preservation Areas. There is also a lack of equipment and technological tools applied to Basic Education in municipal elementary schools, such as the Municipal School Maria do Socorro Brito, located around the lake. In view of this, we sought to describe the contributions of the use of Virtual and Augmented Reality tools in the teaching process of socio-environmental themes of Lago da serraria in Lábrea-Am in Elementary School, seeking to characterize the environment surrounding the Lake - territory/spatial - impacts generated by man; Analyze the contributions of the immersive use of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality in school activities; and to develop educational material in order to disseminate the use of a Digital Learning Object addressing environmental themes – environmental history, water, waste. The methodological path traced from the systemic complexity approach, adopted the techniques of study of the environment and action research with an exploratory approach. The results showed that the Lake has been suffering disturbances over the years, with the accumulation of houses in risky places, dumping of solid waste, hospital waste, wood and fuel, but that it had and still has an important role in people's lives, because it is the place where they live, plant, work and where their life stories belong; They also demonstrate that inter and transdisciplinary activities with the use of digital technologies of Virtual and Augmented Reality, contribute to the motivation and production of knowledge in a collaborative, interactive way, contributing to the development of the student. The Product developed will enable the integration of environmental knowledge, reinforcing the practice of teaching Environmental Sciences in Elementary School and thus contribute to the feeling of belonging to the Amazon region, to the formation of the imaginary of belonging to the region and thus, to be more active actors in his advocacy of socio-environmental issues.
