Resumo

The thesis socializes the results of the ethnographic research on the non biomedical healing practices in the urban area of Parintins (AM), developed from 2014 to 2016. Contact with this universe allowed the access to a diversified group of knowledges about the ways of becoming ill and healing from a meeting of cosmologies from/at the Lower Amazon Region. The dialogue between the amerindian philosophy and the “postmodern” philosophical thinking allowed the unveiling of several native categories. Among them, the se ingerar emerged as an important device in the bodies constitution, in the institution of diplomatic agreements and in the cosmopolitics rules that assure the sociability, the cohabitation and the coexistence between os/as gentes de cima and os bichos do fundo. The healers sacaca are the chosen ones for the bichos to attende the cure school located in the fundo. The learning process, or ser amansado(a) qualifies sacaca se ingerar and achieve the potenciality (abilities and capacities) of animate beings and non-animate beings to diagnose and treat serious disease processes. The ingeramento, therefore, is understood as the way to achieve the potentialities from the other or the middle around; not only as a transformation device, but as a power generation / propulsion of potentialities; the becoming agent and conductor of affections apprehension and affection. Thus, encouragement of ontological alterities in flow. In this study, the ingeramento, is analyzed as a device cosmos-ontological immanent to the way of life of the people from Lower Amazon region, capable to assure the complexity of the modernizations of the different indigenous and not indigenous cultures, instituting cosmologies and ontologies in flow, by means desterritorializations, reterritorializations and becomings
