Resumo
Educating is not and has never been an easy task, but it has become day after day a bigger challenge when it is related to teachers` formation through the inclusive education perspective. It is a constant challenge, which instigates, joys and disappoints, because being inclusive it is a matter of choice, that is why, it is fundamental to everyone to require from the formation organizations an education turned to the construction of the once dreamt everybody`s society. Inspired by these assumptions the entitled Master Dissertation was emerged: Formation and Praxis of a Blind or with Low Sight Teacher from Manaus, which was approved by CEP/UFAM – CAAE nº 054.0.115.000-08. It has had as objectives to identify them, verifying how each of them academic formation has happened, so from this point, to achieve a study on the difficulties faced daily, as well as the overcoming of these teachers` own limits when developing personal and professionally. The research assumed a qualitative approach focusing on dialectic and it was developed in visual impairment institutions in Manaus city – Amazon. 11 visual impaired teachers were interviewed between May to September 2008, when the gathering, systematization and analyses of the data was obtained. Semi-structured interviews were applied through the participants Direct Observation, so then, they could relate more liberated their relevant considerations. So, the opportunity to get to know the visual impaired teachers` from Manaus lives narratives was obtained. And interpellated on the formation process, teacher “d” reviled: “I have faced difficulties in Amazon Education Institute, then, I started at the University of Amazon I attended under graduation in History. There, the professors did not feel prepared to have me on their lectures. I have gone through very bad moments [...]”. Something quite common in every analyzed discourse, besides every obstacles faced by the teachers, there has been a fascinating desire to continue their formation process in searching on constructing new knowledge and enhancement on laboring qualification. It is dared to believe that inclusion is possible, as willing or not, they have got till this point, to prove a good academic and professional formation builds citizens concerned to the texture of education, and why not saying of a better society provided to everyone. Hoping this paper is not depleted on itself, therefore, it provokes new studies, this way it is suggested some clues as: Critical Formation, Ethics and Policies on Blind or Low Sight Teachers; Inclusion: changing concepts, paradigms and life history. These are some themes, which can provoke interest on new researches in this working field, as knowledge is not stagnated, it is unfinished and only supports through the knowledge acquired every day.
