Educação não formal e a formação no movimento de mulheres do campo amazônico: um estudo na CONTAG/FETTAGRI Amazonas no período 2010 a 2020

Resumo

This dissertation presents an analysis of non-formal education and training in the women's movement in the Amazonian countryside at Contag/Fettagri Amazonas from 2010 to 2020. It results from studies carried out in the Master's course (2021-2023) of the Graduate Program Federal University of Amazonas (PPGE/UFAM) linked to Line 3: Training and Praxis of Educators in the face of Amazonian Challenges. The interest in this research arises from my subjectivity, my background in the field and my work in social movements, including the Women's Movement. We know that in the context of rural social struggles, peasant women suffer from the advance of capital, which is expressed in the feminization of poverty, loss of rights, various forms of violence, precarious work and multiple working hours. In this sense, there is a resistance led by women's movements, which is expressed among so many struggles, in training actions. Among these actions are those directed at rural women by Fettagri/AM. Therefore, for this research we started with the following problem: What is the conception of training that predominates in Non-Formal Education, especially in the Women's Movements of the Amazonian Field, in the documents of Contag/Fettagri-AM, in the period from 2010 to 2020? For this, three specific objectives were constructed: First, to register the Amazonian context and the educations present in the formative process of the master's student and the relationship with the research object; second, Study Women's Social Movements and Education; and third: Examine the formation of the Women's Movement from/in the Amazonian Field in Contag/Fettagri-AM. The epistemological statute that guided this research was Historical-Dialectic Materialism, based on bibliographical and documental research. We identified in the analyzed documents that the conception of the formative process that predominates is in the classist union perspective, demonstrated in all the formative processes and in the debates on the role of the State in the union organization and in the relations capital work, however, in some moments the theoretical current of radical feminism influences the debates, showing a contradiction of the conception of class. Therefore, attention is needed, the process of women's emancipation can only be carried out within the process of emancipation of the whole society.
