Resumo
One of the great challenges in the process of teaching learning at all levels is the use of interdisciplinarity by teachers from different areas of knowledge. And think about the teaching of middle and technical level administration from the perspective of Environmental
Sciences in the current global scenario redouble the challenges. The present study has as main objective to analyze the possibilities of the classroom practice of a teaching of the
Administration in an interdisciplinary way, proposing a dialogue between the Systems Theory
of Administration and the Theory of Complexity that has as main exponent the French Edgar
Morin. The research is of the bibliographic type, whose purpose is the elaboration of an
educational product, which in this case, it is a booklet. In it, the concepts of the systemic
vision of the Administration dialogue with the complex vision of Complexity Theory, to help
the teachers and students of middle and technical level not only in the understanding of such
concepts, but also in the development of a vision that allows to see the web that interconnects local, regional and global systems. In this way, the pretensions of this study point to the formation of a professional capable of acting in the organizations with productive and managerial skills and also with the use of the environmental knowledge necessary for the construction of a world in dynamic equilibrium. Thus, the conclusions of this study indicate that it is perfectly possible the interdisciplinary dialogue between the theories addressed in this work in the classroom practice in technical courses in Administration. And, mainly, to make use contextualized of the theory with examples that are part of the local reality.
