Etnoconhecimento e Educação Química: diálogos possíveis no processo de formação inicial de professores na Amazônia

Resumo

This study deals with the Ethnoconference and Chemical Education and the possible dialogues in the process of initial teacher training in the Amazon. The thematic was supported by the Law of Directives and Bases of Education - 9394/96, in the Guidelines and National Curricular Guidelines that regulate the Brazilian educational system and deal with the initial formation of Basic Education teachers. In order to reach the objectives proposed for this study, which consisted of investigating the possibility of a dialogue between the Ethnoconference and the Chemical Education in the TCC's of the graduates of the Chemistry Course from 2010 to 2015. The methodological procedure was supported by the documentary research that was set up strategy of data collection. A total of 111 Course Completion Works (TCC) of graduates of the Chemical Licensing Course of the Center for Higher Studies of Parintins (CESP) linked to the University of the State of Amazonas (UEA) were analyzed. Of the 111 TCC's mapped and analyzed, only 11 were related to Ethnoconference and weaves dialogues with the Chemical Education. The results of the analyzes confirmed that the chemical language was present in different traditional practices and evidenced the possibility of establishing dialogues between Ethnoconference and Chemical Education and with that, to improve the process of initial teacher training in the Amazon. This region is a special place, it is a singular space, with multiple diversities, where each community represents a cultural world that must be known, understood and valued by its inhabitants and by all that are related, where together (teachers and students) we can discover new worlds, exchange experiences and experiences. It will be important for students to become familiar with different approaches and prepare them for multiple realities.
