Análise do sistema de produção para embarcação de pequeno porte construído em madeira na cidade de Itacoatiara/AM

Abstract

The navigation was and it is important for approximation and nation development. The world naval industries follow the growing up need and development new production techniques and building, viewing cost and product time reduction, to give more comfort and less time during travel. The navigation is very important in the Amazon region, the biggest hydrographic area in the world and in special the Amazon state. In front of this scene, there are several facilities on the construction naval area either small or big vessel, just to give the “Ribeirinhos “possibility to get their goods and to move from one to another city. The main idea of this paper is to analyze the real technology applied to small boat construction, and to know how the labors increase the final cost. This paper was written looking for the ribeirinho´s need and with author´s experience living with them. Research was developing at shipbuilder to know the actual production process and facilities organization. Another research was developing at users to know the argument of the boat geometry and dimension. There is not shipyard or industries focused on small boats with good production process to add small employee cost, there is not a small boats constructor´s organization, and today, there is not a way to bring them new technology.
