The objective of the thesis is to map techno-assistance models of care in the Basic Fluvial Health Unit - UBSF in the municipality of Tefé/AM. To achieve this, three paths were followed: the first was to share learning in research, as the result of the researchers' experience regarding access to the healthcare network in the Amazon. In it, a collective production was made about the “liquid territory” category; the second path was an exercise in mapping the presence of vibrating bodies in the production of such territory, as an essay on the production of shared knowledge with riverside health workers and users, in an exercise on asserting power; and the third path was to analyze the relationships between the paths taken by the UBSF and its practices, knowledge, lines of escape, and crossings in the production of health care. The thesis aims to identify, from an empowerment point of view, experiences and micropolitical techno-assistance productions that workers use to deal with, after facing so many specific realities on health care, in search for adapting care protocols to the reality of the “liquid territory” and to its needs. The research scenario is the Basic Fluvial Health Unit (UBSF) and its connections with the municipality of Tefé/Amazonas. For a cartography of it, the chosen format is of an empirical essay, in connection with concepts and theories that allowed the formulation of a theory for sharing and constituting an epistemological dialogue about the research's doings and knowledge. The image that guides the work is that the empirical field of research has the power of the “banzeiro”, which is the waving movement of water which, seen on the surface, can be represented as a harmonious and tranquil waving movement, although such image does not translate the power and energy that moves, from the river bed, the entire volume of water which displaces its banks and undoes the route of boats led by inexperienced sailors. Thus, the cartography of this work was experienced in the “liquid territory” that flows powerfully, finding the other and producing differentiation in the making of belonging with the people of the Amazon, and their ways of existing in the territory. This made us, researchers and professionals, think of an urgent and insurgent episteme which has to do with overcoming our stratified body in research and work, because we as part of these groups are still a body that insists on organizing, fragmenting, producing strata and having a life separated from its power. The “liquid territory” with its people teaches us to exist on a plane of immanence, where time-space is the opportune time, where life is the criterion and memory of the future together with imagination needs to be created to allow creation of knowledge - allowing the fold, the experiments and the events as pure becoming, but not in any way, because the criterion will always be the one that enhances life.
