Resumo
This paper talks about the research carried out in the course of pedagogy at the Faculty of
Education of the Federal University of Amazonas. The course through the CEFORT -
Continuing Education Center, Technology Development and Services for the Public
Education Network, developed the grading system @ UFAM. This system seeks to assist the
teaching of mediation in the curriculum subjects of the course. It is a project that was
designed from the discussions on the need for technological innovation within the Brazilian
education, pursuant to art. 80 of the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education and
the Ministerial Decree 4059 of 2004. The motivation for the choice of the theme, is justified
by the interest aroused during the experience lived by the researcher on stage-teaching of the
master program. The questions raised during the internship period led the guiding question:
due to the technological reality that drives the new relations between men and the world, as
the grading system @ UFAM was designed, developed and what their potential for mediations
teaching in a classroom at degree level? The research methodology was created from the
qualitative approach. In the methodological procedures, we opted for the case study and the
ergonomic inspection a check list. The work is organized into three chapters. Chapter 1 - The
territory: cefort, maps the information that comprise the territory of the research object.
Chapter 2 - The dispossession: the computer polo and the potential of a virtual system in
supporting the teaching mediation if talks on the dispossessed pedagogical mediations of the
face classroom. Chapter 3 - The repossession: from the perspective of ergonomic inspection
of usability, is the evaluation applied by the researcher using the Ergolist to verify that the
system graduation@UFAM presents usability criteria in accordance with the software
ergonomics. In addition to the information that it intends to raise, the work also seeks to
provide, to professionals interested in the theme proposed, reflective subsidies about the
didactic mediations conducted with virtual technology system support in the classroom mode
of undergraduate education.
