No círculo das afluências: variabilidades discursivas e percepções dos lagos Badajós, Piorini e Acará no município de Codajás, estado do Amazonas, Brasil.

Abstract

The municipality of Codajás, State of Amazonas, is located in the mesoregion of the Amazon Center and in the microregion of the Coari River, on the left bank of the Solimões River, departing from the city of Manaus, capital of the State of Amazonas, in a straight line; is constituted by the Districts of Badajós and Codajás, covering an area of 18,712 km2 with a population of 23,206 inhabitants. The objective is to cross-interpret the narrative expressions collected in the field with an approach capable of encompassing the literary and historical-social dimensions, seeking to understand how the perceptions about the abundance of the inhabitants and social agents that shape the social space of the lakes of the municipality of Codajás. To investigate the variability of the discourse on lakes Badajós, Piorini and Acará in a social context of mobilities and displacements of its referred inhabitants as well as of other social agents that configure the social space presupposes the search for understanding how representations and perceptions are processed, forms of knowledge engendered in historical situations that activate historical and sociocultural processes in the Amazon. Life histories are considered from the possibility of corroborating in the production of information related to the identification and elucidation of the referents, that is, of the relationships, of the processes that shape, structure and underlie social life participated by their interlocutors (RIBEIRO, 1995). In the process of constructing and analyzing the data, it was maintained that the private statements provided by the oral sources are inscribed in possibilities of interpretation of collective processes and represent forms of social interaction between interviewee and interviewer. Thus, locating the Badajós, Piorini and Acará lakes in the social context of the activities of the residents intends to relate the social space, which according to Bourdieu (1998) includes the various dimensions of a space built on the principles of differentiation or distribution constituted by the set of properties that act in the social universe considered. Thus, we sought to understand an investigative course that contemplated the analysis of the existing discourses that corroborate the search and construction on a knowledge of the lakes of the municipality of Codajás related to the production and dissemination of data, information, codes and expressions located and dated that went beyond the scientific epistemological figures arriving to compose a bundle of relations to be considered. The construction of a localized knowledge about people, time and place resounds to support the construction of the cognitive aspects that presuppose the intelligibility of the collected rhetoric. The research bases its conclusions locating perceptions about ideas of abundance and scarcity of the referred lakes in close interaction with the seasonal logic located in a social context of extreme effort of the activities of extraction, collection and commercialization of natural resources mediated by political relations that move the network knowledge of the agents and their activities.
