Residência agrária no Amazonas: encontro de saberes?

Abstract

The research addresses regards the project on agrarian Residência Agrária / Pro-Rural from the lines of Malva and Jute, Aquaculture, Food Crops and Social organization, economic development and market performed in Manacapuru-AM. It is emphasized that this project is linked to the Rural Amazon Program, which is, self-titled as a sustainable policy based on the National Technical Assistance and Rural Extension Policy in accordance with (PNATER, 2010). The Agrarian Residence is divided into nine finalíticas lines and a cross, seeking to meet the Amazonas state inner cities with the Technical Assistance and Rural Extension, starting a priori of working with technology transfers, facing the primary sector. Therefore, the investigation at hand, brings its public policy and presents the main approaches and contexts inherent to them, especially starting from the perspectiva of three groups involved in the process, namely A) Servers IDAM, B) Agrarian residents C) Farmers. We used the case study method, with contributions from qualitative approach, besides being a descriptive -exploratory andempirical. Their analytical categories are:Rural Extension, Communication and as cross-category: Public Policies, especially those surrounding the environmental axis in the Amazonian complex, thus allowing a panoramic understanding pervaded the construction of the Project Land Residence/Pro-Rural in Brazil as well as the state of Amazonas.
