Abstract

The theme of innovation, from the 90s, is now considered a strategic issue for the competitiveness of organizations. In Brazil, we consider that innovation begins to impact from the 2000s with the production of knowledge and conducting research applied to various types of organizations. Identified as critical to gaining competitive advantage, it is necessary to apply the concepts in the management processes.
