Óscar Ramos, uma expressão visual amazonense no Brasil

Abstract

This research intends to follow the formation, encouragement, growth and development of an Amazonian visual artist named Óscar Ramos, understanding his social life trajectory through the Sociology of Art and in the interdisciplinarity of culture and visual communication. Understanding Oscar Ramos' work process and his artistic creation, as well as the breadth of this process, through artist notebooks, favors our perception of the insertion of his works in the environment and in artistic languages, and the repercussion that his works have had in different fields such as cinema, music, design and visuals in general. Evaluate the reception of his artistic quality in the art production chain and in the public that appreciated him, and what this phenomenon represented in his career.
