Resumo
This research aims to analyze a process management model with the purpose of improving organizational efficiency in a Human Resources Sector of a Federal Autarchy, with a proposal of an optimized alternative for this activity. The methodology is based on BPMN notation (Business Process Modelling Notation) and as a graphical tool the Bizagi Modeler software. The goal is to obtain process models through BPM (Business Process Management) using the most appropriate tools of Production Engineering, in order to assist in solving problems with methodologies aimed at planning, put into practice, control and act on failures, so that it reaches the established goal, and can be used both for maintenance and for the improvement of the control guidelines of a process. This study can be classified as applied research, as to the nature, exploratory, as to its objectives, qualitative, as to its approach and the method of case study was used. It was carried out the mapping of three processes, chosen after the manifestation of the servers of the HR sector, being designed, avoiding the bottlenecks and rework, always with the objective of improvement. As a result, the modeling of the processes was presented to serve as a reference for future modeling. Regarding the applications, the result was, in general, considered satisfactory, because it reached the main goal that was to create a process flow model, in a sector where there was no such culture, being as suggestion, if it is in the interest of management, and in accordance with the internal rules of the autarchy, the periodic reviews and the improvement of the flow designed here.
