Os impactos nos indicadores industriais de produção, vendas, faturamento e mão de obra a partir das alterações no processo produtivo básico: o caso terminal portátil de telefonia celular na ZFM, período 2014 a 2018

Abstract

The Manaus Free Trade Zone (ZFM) with its industrial pole covers industries in several segments. When it comes to the production of cutting-edge technology, the IT goods sector stands out, especially the product known as cell phone. Some manufacturers of this product and world market leaders are installed in the ZFM. The industries installed in the industrial pole of Manaus enjoy tax incentives under the condition of execution of Basic Productive Processes (PPB). From this perspective and through a qualitative and quantitative methodology, of the case study type, as it is specific to a region and a product, the objective of this work is to evaluate the impacts of changes in PPBs on industrial performance indicators of production, sales , billing and labor of the portable cell phone terminal product at ZFM, in the period from 2014 to 2018. The results showed that the performance indicators show similar behavior throughout the analyzed period, given the published PPB changes, except for the hand of work. In addition, as the PPB changes were announced by the government and the obligations imposed by the rules of this legislation have been relaxed, the indexes of the indicators show less variations between the observed intervals.
