Resumo
Bibliographic study, its premise is to examine, regarding “Hate speech and social vulnerability of indigenous peoples in the Amazon: a legal analysis of the norms issued in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic and the consequences for indigenous communities in the Amazon", it is inferred that it is through this discourse that the truth can be seen, as a way of highlighting strategies used to combat the social vulnerabilities of these indigenous peoples of the Amazon, this study aims to succinctly analyze the topic. One of the objectives of which is was to check the literature on the illegal expansion of indigenous areas, the consequences on indigenous communities in times of Pandemic, being a scene of rights violations, the social vulnerabilities of these peoples, evaluating the attempts at changes and administrative legal competencies as a whole. The discussion about the fundamental rights and guarantees of this vulnerable group is marked by several conflicts and controversies, as the target is the prejudices fueled by antidemocratic discourses against vulnerable social minorities, including traditional Brazilian peoples, which ends up resulting in a policy of disregard for these minorities, which can often lead to non-compliance with standards that are already provided for in several international Human Rights treaties. This master's thesis aims to answer the central research problem that can be expressed in the following question of how hate speech is present in the legislative process and is present when the law is not complied with. The legislation approved during the Covid-19 pandemic was the guiding light and the direction to be taken, even if there were flaws, contributed positively. With Covid and the legislation still being implemented, it contributed to the increase in the vulnerability of traditional peoples in the Amazon, because there were different understandings. But as far as possible, unpleasantness can be avoided and a complex horizon and certain setbacks against indigenous rights can be potentiated, which brings them profound losses and implications for democracy in the country.
