Abstract

This research aims to define and apply an organizational analysis using the PMOC (Operation and Control Maintenance Plan) through an information system for maintenance management, and thus to understand the relationship of the organization concepts to the management models of the Maintenance and model information system (e-Campus). In order to do so, it was initially sought to present and analyze forms of strategic maintenance through the PMOC and the e-Campus information system, also sought to describe the activities carried out in the Division of Equipment of the City Hall of the Campus of UFAM and establish a plan Maintenance of air conditioners. With this, it was possible to conclude that, with the use of an information system, together with the research related to the subject with theoretical foundation and practical application in a federal public education institution, it is possible to develop solutions with concrete data in Excel for better management of the management process of the Maintenance of the Federal University of Amazonas - UFAM.
