A dança no ensino de Arte de uma escola pública: reflexões sobre o processo criativo norteado pela cultura amazônica

Resumo

This study aims to make a qualitative analysis of the creative process of students in the 4th year of Elementary School - Early Years, during practical activities of teaching dance inserted in the Art classes of the Escola Estadual de Tempo Integral Prof° Garcitylzo do Lago e Silva, making use of elements of the Amazonian culture as a creative contribution. The methodology is based on action research and consisted of three stages: body preparation, experimentation laboratories and collective creation. Data collection took place through participant observation, questionnaires, testimonials in conversation circles about the steps and videos of the activities developed, as well as data analysis based on these materials. The theoretical basis starts from a dialogue between the concepts, ideas and perceptions pointed out in research and educational practices that address dance in the school environment by authors such as Rudolf Laban (1978), Isabel Marques (2012) and Cristiane Araújo (2021) in line with conceptions and understandings about the Amazonian culture brought, mainly by João Paes Loureiro (2015). In addition, as it is a research with children, this textual dialogue is strengthened with the relationship between child development and learning, in line with what governs the official documents of basic education. What is expected is to enable reflection on the practical experience of creation together with the students, in order to perceive their proximity and re (knowledge) of their own culture.
