Resumo
In the current educational context, the educative practice faces two different realities: the socio-historic construction so that way the opportunities and rights are offered to few people, happening discrimination and socio-educational exclusion, and the challenge of the inclusive education, that respects the diversity and give opportunities to the educators teach with quality, according to your own necessity, respecting and valuing the difference like a being caractheristic and it must be considered to have a good structure and organization of the teaching. In this reality, we can see an educator with special necessity of the education, where there are students with a great power to many Skills/Gifted (GPS/G). In the education history, this student faces a lot of difficults of recognition and identification of your talents, in the education context as much as social, for many stereotypes during a history process or for the fews studies and the subject matter divulgation joining educators and the society, mainly in the current days. This way, there is the necessity to invest in it, for the public and particular systems, in the specific qualification of the educators about the development necessities of these students, with strategies, resources and educational methodologies that stimulates and improves the great powers and human talents. This way, this search analyzes how happens the education of the students with great powers for many skills/gifted in the starting grades of the elementary school from states and municipal schools, considered as a base the conceptions, difficults, the developed actions and the perspective to the educational attending of these educators, said for the own educators who work in this sistem at school (microsistem) as much as in the sector for the public politics action (macrosistem). It id important to point out that the information surveys about qualification or perspective to these educators about the subject to be questioned. The search is considered like a exploitable-description, having as a method a socio-historic perspective, presented in a quail-quantity way. The resource to survey the data base (information) was practice search and bibliographic and webgraphic resources. To collect the informations was used questionnaires and interviews. The content analyzes was stable by the content analyze method. The results showed that there is not an education attending working out at the moment that the search was accomplished to the development of the educators potencials with (GPS/G) in Manaus. However, there is a perspective to introduce these projects said before at the Municipal Secretary (Secretaria Municipal) and State Secretary (Secretaria Estadual), starting in 2007. In regard to teachers qualification, most of them say that they‘ve never had a qualification about the subject matter, and this a very important question and considered as a difficult reason to the identification and development of the quality pedagogic work to the attend the real necessities to the development of the students with great powers for many skills/gifted (GPS/G).
