Resumo
The Amazon biome is characterized by having the greatest biodiversity in the word, including promising species such as cubiu (solanum sessiliflorum Dunal), one of the non-conventional food plants (PANC), native to the Amazon region, with high nutritional and social value, which can generate opportunities, add income and bring improvements in the quality of family life. Thus, the objective of this work was to establish an in vitro propagation protocol with the aim of evaluating the influencer of different types and concentrations of cytokinins and auxin on the induction of organogenesis from hypocotyledonary explants of two cubiu ethnovarieties. The experiments will be conducted in the Biology laboratory, at the Federal University of approximately three seeds were inoculated in test tubes containing approximately 20 mL of culture medium, with pH 5.8. The treatments consisted of: l) control (MS medium without addition of phytohormones); ll) kinetin 1 mg L-1; lll) BA 1 L-1; lV) BA + kinetin (4. 15 mg L-1 + 2.5 mg L-1); V) kinetin + BA + AlA. The data were subjected to analysis of variance (ANOVA) and, to compare treatment means, the Tukey test was performed at 5% significance. The results of this work show that hypocotyledonary segments of Solanum sessiliflorum Dunal associated with the addition of Kinetin 1 mg L-1 and BA +Kinetin (4.15 mg L-1 + 2.5 mg L-1) are more efficient in inducing sprouting in vitro in cubiu. The medium supplemented with Drew full strength provides greater callus formation for ethnovariety 9. However, since callogenesis is positively related to the formation of shoots, possibly, with a period of time greater than 30 days it is possible to observe greater results in this treatment.
