Resumo

The high-performance concrete, in addition to high strength, have lower permeability and durability. The self-compacting concrete reduces the need for consolidation and scattering and facilitates concreting slender pieces. The combination of these two concrete on one allows the joining of both qualities. The concrete developed the present research aims to manufacture floating docks to the terminals waterway in the Amazon region. The self-compacting concrete facilitates the manufacture of their slender sidewalls and their other structural parts, since they generally have complex shapes, small and thick armor. The high concrete performance has a greater ability to withstand shock trunks and vessels. At polypropylene fibers reduce the opening of ñssuras caused by plastic shrinkage, contributing to blocking the entry of aggressive agents and to increase the concrete waterproofing, which are important qualities, whereas large part of the structure of a pier ñutuante is always submerged. However, other works construction near Manaus can also be benefited with results of this research, because most employees component materials is from your region. The aggregate available in the metropolitan region of Manaus for the production of concrete and have their own different characteristics existing in any other region of Brazil, requiring, therefore, directed study and attention special. Following a strict experimental program, the component materials were characterized and selected; Marsh funnel test and were minicone of Kantro carried out on pulps produced with additives and cement superplasticizers used this research for compatibility check and determine the optimal dosage such additives; the optimal dosage of polypropylene fibers was also determined; concretes were produced and characterized in ñ'esco states and hardened; assessments They were made and conclusions were obtained. For characterization of the concrete in the state Cool were performed slump flow test and Tsoo, while for the characterization hardened state were performed axial compression test, tensile compression and determining the diametrical static compression modules of elasticity. Like the produced concrete obtained all the qualities necessary for employment in manufacturing floating docks, the results of this research were considered satisfactory
