Resumo
This Master's thesis deals with the issue of Re-socialization: reports of shattered lives of women incarcerated (PFM) in the reintegration process, emphasizing the process of reintegration of the inmates. In addition, we verify the participation of the social actors in this process as the family, the administrative body of the prison and the social role of the State as the founder of the purpose of the sentence. We currently view the female gender entering the world of crime with frequency. When they are apprehended with the intention of convincing about their innocence try to justify their criminal practices among other reasons point to the difficult financial situation and say that many times is the only provider of the home, and, not getting an alternative for their survival and their relatives who depend on them in some way, plunge into the mud of crime. What draws attention of the juridical sphere in this growing adhesion to an unregulated life is the delirious configuration of the feminine gender in the criminal modality that began in a simple and timid way in the circuits of criminality and immediately evolved. In this bias, this study aims to make some considerations regarding the process of resocialization focused on the feminine aspects in the prison environment, as well as to know about the possible contribution of the library in this process. Methodologically, it refers to a research of an empirical nature with an exploratory character, in the light of the theorists who approached the subject, aiming to know the aforementioned process and its evolution in the penal institution directed to this genre through the literature review, emphasizing the relevance of present the articulations in the knowledge media, providing greater familiarity with the theme, characteristics and peculiarities that the subject requires. The result obtained suggests a greater reflection on the resocializing process, considering the reality of the unit in question, in which it is not different from the other Brazilian penitentiaries, but it demarcates the structure of the system in treating the distress that is in that place to fulfill its sentence in time established by the judiciary. In sum, the researched research showed that the resocializing process is distanced from contemporary reality, from the lens of social exclusion, these and other factors the reader can contemplate in the development of the study. However, we advance in accordance with the view of the authors who studied the phenomenon in which they pointed out the essential need of the penitentiary system to develop penitentiary and social policies that effectively concern themselves with the resocialization of the prisoner.
