Lazer e Agricultura Familiar: complementares ou antagônicos nos aspectos socioeconômicos no Projeto de Assentamento Tarumã Mirim?

Abstract

This research interpreted as imbricated between work and leisure without project of settlement Tarumã Mirim. On other hand, it analyzed the socioeconomic aspects that govern family farming. By others it presented proposals for socioeconomic development having as premise the own exploration of the leisure that transforming itself into production and merchandise with economic value as well as family farming. The theoretical-methodological approach used was quantitative techniques Applied research, exploratory, descriptive, dialoguing with several areas of knowledge through interdisciplinarity. The method adopted was ethnographic that counted on interviews techniques (structured, semi-structured and open) and Participating Observation. Data recorded in field journal. From the premise that the topic required interpretation from two perspectives: The Ideal Brazil of standardization and The Real Brazil experienced by the settlers. A sample was composed of 70 settlers 15 camp kitchens six socially representative characters in the community three governmental institutions. The object searched has peculiar aspects such as proximity to the metropolis, nature still exuberant and abundance of water. These factors induce the appearance of places of leisure that cause controversies, but also provide new economic niches. Two contexts involving leisure have been detected in that settlement the aspects that offer natural goods materials, services (land, water, nature, labor) and materials; And that does not involve the desire to make financial profits on the properties, but that seeks to renew the emotions in their moments for professional activities. They were identified the main forms of leisure lived by interviewees and reported local historicity customs, traditions, cultures, interdependencies and social relationships. We conclude that leisure and family farming intertwine sometimes complementing sometimes retreating even though both are part of the same context because although they are different positions one and the other form a complete set. The antagonistic strands and complementarities with productive characteristics both on the material and immaterial sides we observed on the responses of the interviewees not in the context. Leisure and family farming are antagonistic through the "institutional eyes" for traditional productive conceptions and how they influence the conceptions of different interviewees because they directly and indirectly harm them in several factors. They are complementary because those who commercialize the leisure and those who enjoy in the private character try to keep intact the forest traces preserving nature. Ecologically preserved environment represents the main marketing to value of the product and merchandise. "Leisure" also contributes to the socioeconomic ones by acquiring local products by absorbing labor and by interacting with a community. Confirming the dialogue of the theme the two strands do not cancel out because they have their blessings and obstacles now complementing sometimes antagonizing, representing the complexity and peculiarity of Tarumã Mirim.
