Aplicação do método 5W2H em uma microempresa de artefatos têxteis

Abstract

The continuous search of company's competitiveness has been increasingly more intense in the actual markets. To ensure success and own survival, companies need to find new and creative ways to reinvent itself, aligned to an efficiency and productivity management. One manner to achieve their goals can be through 5W2H management tool usage. Any company can use it for assisting in the preparation of action plans, as a sort of checklist to help in the activity's perception. In this sense, this study aims to apply the 5W2H tool as support to the management of a textile company sector. The method suggested in the application of this approach has been addressed in this company, and the most significant result is visualized in the planning preparation of company’s share of the case study clearly and objectively that had not been done before.
