Aplicação do Sistema Enxuto na implantação da Norma Regulamentadora N. 32 – segurança e saúde nos serviços de saúde

Abstract

Health care establishments are a sector differentiated from other segments, forming in their processes the activities of care and health care. These processes, which require the management of the safety and health of workers to minimize accidents and diseases of work. In this context, this research aims to present a proposal for the implementation of Norma Regulamentadora N. 32 - Health and Safety at Work in Health Services, through the application of lean system practices. A case study was carried out with an exploratory and descriptive approach, in which the NR N. 32 implementation stage was verified and interview questionnaire was applied to strategic professionals for research. The results show that it is possible to adopt the tools of the Lean System to apply the requirements of the Regulatory Standard. The main tools for health OSH management are: standardization, value stream mapping, kaizen, action plan - 5W2H and continuous learning of the PDCA. Such tools will benefit companies and workers in the development of efficiency in management, reduction of waste, improvements in productivity, reduction of diseases and accidents at work, minimization of absenteeism and quality of life
