Resumo
This study aimed to develop an analysis of the potential of deaf person in artistic experience, seeking to identify communication strategies used in the creation process, the light from an ecosystem perspective. For this we will use as methodology a qualitative research, using resources such as research articles, books, magazines and material available on internet. In conclusion we believe that the body and culture has a communicative potential relationship to the existence of the other is required. From the bibliographic data immersed to this research allowed proving that the deaf artist is not actually included in the artistic process, as it is excluded from cultural events. For the deaf person to be untangled in Deaf Art, it is necessary arising changes in teaching and pedagogical project, as in the culture departments of Brazil, where teachers with degrees in Arts and Libras, so with cultural state sectors can interact with the cultural processes by the artist deaf, causing it insertion. So there are barriers to this artist profession, communication, and space for your performance.
