Resumo

This research had as thematic the Program of Aboriginal Tutorial Education Connections of the UFAM, pointing its práxis pedagogical, objectifying to understand the development of the actions of the Program of Aboriginal Tutorial Education Connections of the Federal University of Amazon while politics of affirmative action. The process of formation of the PET´s is marked by conflicts, its constituent root if configured in a conception of meritocracia, and later when having the junction of the Connections To know that it had another philosophical conception finishes if configuring in one program that also is turned to the questions of cultural diversity. Such junction unchains quarrels of formative matrix in the context of the university, placing in game the function of the PET, from philosophical estimated its. The estimated theoretician is based on the thought complex of Edgar Morin, with the boarding of procedure directed toward the research bibliographical and documentary. In elapsing of the sections we could understand the knowledge and its unfoldings in the IES as well as the quarrels that involve the diversity politics, mainly to those related the politics of affirmative action. The Aboriginal PET Connections of the UFAM perpassa for the diversity politics, therefore its promotional institution has adopted and argued these politics in its context. However, the Aboriginal PET Connections, exactly inside of a context of diversity politics, when analyzed for the bias of the academic triad it presents a gap how much the production and efetivação of one of the components of the triad that is the research. But, the actions of extension if direct in a proposal of the context of the extensionistas activities and in a conjuncture of affirmative actions. We point that the lived deeply activities of education in the program provide to consisting autonomy and a dialógica relation through the events. In this direction, the work suggests that the element of the triad, the research, either related to the activities of extension and education making possible didactic-pedagogical proposals as the research-action and with this to make possible new actions one to make pedagogical sistêmico.
