As feiras de produtos regionais: uma transformação do habitus na mulher agricultora familiar

Resumo

The purpose of this research is the understanding of the changes of the habitus in the lives of rural women Amazon sell them in regional fairs in Manaus - AM, over the last five years. These Fairs arising from a public policy for sustainable development for the family farming, the government of Amazonas State. Studying women peasant fairs regional products of CIGS and ROB, both located in Military Organizations (who) of the Army and Air Force. Through the systemic approach has been applied the method ethnographic permeated with the environmental observation, using tools such as participant observation, forms, and interviews, this study allowed us to infer that the fairs of regional products, has been changing the lives of some women farmers and their families. The study uncovers the ways of life of researched, reveals the journey of intense work, the process of creation and dynamics of fairs, their influence cultural and socioeconomic deals with issues of gender. The whole process interpreted in the light of class analysis of habitus, Pierre Bourdieu. The fairs have created a space where the role of the woman is experiencing changes in social and family relationships, increasing income and dignity, to have recognition.
