Resumo
The dissertation corresponds to the result of the research titled: Teaching with Research in Teacher Training(as) of the Degree in Pedagogy of ICSEZ / PARINTINS. The municipality of Parintins is the second most populous in the state of Amazonas, surpassed only by the capital. Its population reflects the specificities of the Amazonian context formed by riverine, indigenous, caboclos, farmers, small producers, extractor, fisherman, cowboy, farmer and public employees, among others. Thus, the training of teachers to attend to this context, need to prepare the future teachers to deal with respect and appreciation of the students' various discourses, imaginaries, beliefs and values. The research was based on the following question: How has the didactic methodology of Teaching with Research in the Training of Teachers of the Undergraduate Course in Pedagogy of ICSEZ / PARINTINS been developed? The aim of the research was to analyze how the Teaching with Research in Teacher Training (as) of the Undergraduate Course in Pedagogy of ICSEZ/Parintins is materialized in order to understand the contributions, challenges and limitations in the teacher training process. It was guided by three specific objectives: 1) To deepen the studies on the category of analysis: Pedagogy, Teacher Training; 2) To know the curricular matrix of the Pedagogical Project of the Course of Degree in Pedagogy; 3) To categorize the activities and methodologies used by teachers in the training of the pedagogue of the institution researched to identify the proposals that constitute a perspective of Teaching with Research. The main sources of empirical information were through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires applied to teachers and students respectively. It was based on the methodological procedures of the research: bibliographical, documentary and field, focusing on a qualitative approach, was based on the method of dialectical historical materialism. The research allowed to conclude, among other aspects, that Teaching with Research is partially present in the Course of Degree in Pedagogy of the ICSEZ / UFAM. For, according to the analysis of the interviews conducted with the teachers and the data obtained by the questionnaire, we realize that they have not been able to clearly conceptualize what Teaching with Research, but were aimed at affirming their importance in the formation and for their future teaching practice, although for the interviewees, the research appears as an activity unrelated to the space of the classroom. Thus, it can be seen that Teaching with Research is still a challenge for the professors of the degree in Pedagogy of ICSEZ, since the articulation of Teaching and Research is still a difficulty found.
