Subjetividade e trabalho rural: organização de trabalho de ribeirinhos em uma comunidade de Anori-Am

Resumo

Rural work is set in a context that has a multiplicity of activities, in which the organization of work consists of complex peculiarities and diversities, with different forms of manifestation of the way of life and work situations. The Psychodynamics of Work is a theoretical-methodological approach that is situated in the field of action research, in which the worker studies his subjectivity. This study aims to analyze the work organization and experiences of pleasure and suffering of rural workers in a riverine community in the municipality of Anori- AM, highlighting the real work of the riverine, seeking out to favor the understanding of suffering and how health promotion takes place. As for the method, it was characterized as a qualitative approach. Semistructured interview data and participant observation (field diary) were used for data collection. Participants were ten (10) workers (men and women) from the previously mentioned location. The data analysis of the aforementioned research was carried out by the systematic analysis of the adaptation performed by Moraes (2010), inspired by the systematic method of the Constant Comparison Method (MCC). As a result, the work organization of the riverside people is peculiarly shaped, the activities are developed in a dynamic that composes land, water and bush, are organized within a familiar context, whose work consists primarily of the subsistence of the family. The work is characterized as divided and together because, at the time that divides, the gain with work has as main destination the subsistence of the family. The workers of the communities have different activities, some of them, due to the working conditions and the seasonality of the Solimões River, cause difficulties that are mentioned by the riverside in some situations such as suffering and illness. The riverine organizes his daily work articulating with nature; in this way of life, it is through the bias of subjective mobilization, of know-how, and of cooperation that subverts and confronts the real, and conquers pleasure by overcoming adversities. Thus, rural work configures itself as a challenge to the riverine, but through experience in everyday life, he uses the wisdom of practice in all the works he develops.
