Resumo

The present study, through a theoretical review, seeks to know how is the level of participation of economic agents use the strategy of APLs, as the program to promote promising segments of the Amazon by the institutional apparatus, particularly the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, in partnership with government and civil society in the quest for economic growth of segments selected in the case, the agribusiness and sustainable business. Comes also, examine the importance and effectiveness, negative and positive aspects, since its admission at the time of the Technology Platforms at the moment. With this general goal is to more specifically, identify the number of actions / projects by sector, carried out by institutions as a result of the assimilation between the players and thus can infer about the experiences of local cooperation. The study is warranted to investigate exactly how far this strategy can improve the ability of economic growth since it is within a policy of regionalization aimed to develop appropriate governance to consolidation and strengthening of promising segments, guided - is a systemic approach that links strategic planning to a process of mobilization, involvement and negotiation among economic agents. In short, aims to create the opportunity for a view of the situation where the work of multiinstitutional intervention about the agro-industrial production chains and sustainable business in the Amazon
