A prática profissional do serviço social nos hospitais de Parintins: um estudo sobre os desafios e perspectivas interdisciplinares

Abstract

The present study had as purpose to make an analysis of professional practice of social workers in the hospitals of the city of Parintins - AM, from the understanding of technical and operative dimension and ethical politics, under the gaze of interdisciplinary, while collective practice perspective on health. Thus, the research carried out, sought in the light of the ethical-political project, characterize the actions of these professionals, the perception of Interdisciplinary among others, doing an analysis of the challenges and prospects for the consolidation of professional design. The research took the perspective of qualitative approaches, using semi-structured interview technique, through lines of registry professionals, in a constant coming and going of the issues analyzed in their content. The analyses and reflections, the approximations which we reached is that research has shown a number of specific demands, individualized and fragile in shifts and about warnings, making the quality of services offered to the user population, as regards social determinations, inserted in a context of enlarged health conception. Therefore, the actions of social workers reveal traditional traits of the bargain of the everyday issues of your do without professional criticality, and even reflections of collective cleat. We believe, therefore, that in the process it became clear the pledge of professional practice in this field, the Biocentric paradigm, with fragments of actions among the professionals.
