Empreendedorismo indígena: gestão e sementes da biodiversidade

Resumo

In this research, the issue of managing the production chain of bioproducts (bio/ecojewels) of biodiversity is addressed. To identify and analyze how the indigenous peoples who live in Manaus work and sell their handicrafts from the seeds of biodiversity. Therefore, it is fundamental to identify the structuring elements of the management of biodiversity products and their biotechnological potential. To this end, we will analyze the elements that structure indigenous entrepreneurship. For qualitative and descriptive analysis, we will use some categories of approach: techniques and technologies, purchasing power, research management and consumption strategies, such as security and guarantee of commercialization; the logic of the activity does not cause damage to the environment, enhancing the management of innovation, based on biodiversity, creating and identifying new opportunities for employment and income. Developing a project in this area is essential to provide opportunities for valuing and giving visibility to innovation management with multiple potential, including adding research and development, especially in the Manaus context and specifically linked to seeds. Indigenous people envision, in the city of Manaus - AM, an environment of socioeconomic opportunities, where there is a market niche for their bioproducts, specifically their bio/ecojewels. The objective of this work is to analyze structural elements of innovation management in indigenous peoples, based on the seeds of biodiversity. The research proposal is of the netnographic type, with a qualitative and descriptive character and will be developed by identifying the mode of indigenous enterprise in the urban fabric of Manauara. We expect from this work: to characterize the way of undertaking of the indigenous peoples of the city of Manaus in the perspective of the management of the handicraft of biojewels/ecojewels from seeds of the biodiversity; identify which aspects differentiate the conventional entrepreneur from the indigenous entrepreneur; Identify potentialities to add research and biotechnological development in indigenous entrepreneurship; Identify factors for proposing structures to encourage innovation in biobusiness in the state of Amazonas.
