Resumo

This study is the result of concerns that arose from a long journey of living with the elementary school. In this research I meet with my concerns and intellectual experiences, first as student, then as teacher. In my quest to find others living the same concerns and are pursuing new ways. In this sense, investigating the training of teachers allowed us to understand the complexity of teaching activities at school, since this is an activity based on human relationship and the relationship of individuals with knowledge. Taking everyday as a central category in the idea based on the approach of Agnes Heller, Berger & Luckmann for the apprehension that the school is a plural of permanent construction of knowledge, meanings of interactions that incorporate new knowledge and rethink every new interaction . The research highlights the practice of the teacher in the classroom, the teaching learning process, the logic reproduction and operation of the school, epistemology and pedagogical conditions that reflect the elements in training and teacher practice. The socialization experienced in the investigation took place from the research participant, based on qualitative research methodology and a discussion of interdisciplinary from the historical-critical. The field research was the Municipal School Tereza Aguiar Abtibol Rosa, and the methodological procedures used were a literature search and field research. Based on these principles we used the following research instruments: Semi-structured interviews, participant observation of everyday school life, besides the analysis of school documents. Conduct the study plotted as General Purpose analyze the formation and practice of elementary school teachers in the first years from the daily school and classroom, and how Specifics: identify the different approaches that underlie the formation and pedagogical practices of the teacher of Years of Elementary School, investigating the determining factors as teachers perception of school, children, curriculum, planning, among others, reflecting the practice of the teacher and the building of their autonomy in order to understand what relationships are being established in school and teaching. By looking closely at the everyday school life, relationships included therein, the production that is developed there, the stories of lives built and the various aspect of reality and culture, we see an intense covert, concealed behind the physical form, but are shared knowledge and way of life.
