Resumo

This study compared the structure of bacterial communities in the Solimoes rivers and Black, based on ANELISE rRNA gene 168. 0 Total DNA was extracted after the fi ltraeio mare through the fi lters of 0.8pM and 0.22uM respectively. 0 rRNA gene was 168 ampli fi ed by PCR. cloned and sequenced. and were analyzed by seqiiéncias PHYLIP and DOTUR programs obtengio the OTUs. and CALCULATION of diversity indices and wealth by SPADE program. The liaqio the taxonémica fi was made by the submissions of the fi seq fi ences to BLASTn programs and naive Bayesian rRNA Classi fi er II RDP (Ribosomal Database Project). The érvore fi logenética was construfda by Neighbor Joining method by Mega program, vers Fi 4. 0s results showed a vast wealth of 01 'bacterial Us, in both environments. The river Solimées showed greater diversity of bacterial genera. while in the Black library, though less diverse, it found greater concentraqio of OTUs penencentes a bacterial genus especf fi c, Polynucleobacter, waving to a stronger investigaqio in order to understand the role of these bacteria in these still unexplored environments.
