Redução de codimensão de superfícies imersas em espaços de curvatura constante

Abstract

The objective of this work is to provide a detailed demonstration of the results obtained by J.H.Eschemburg e Renato Tribuzy on "Reduction of Codimension of Surfaces", published in Geometriae Dedicata", in the year 1989, allowing codimension reduced of surfaces an analytic immerse in space of constant curvature, whose mean curvature vector lies in a parallel subbundle of normal bundle. It the surface is homeomorphic a 2-sphere the reduction of codimension is obtained without the assumption of analyticities.
